"The team is absolutely terrific. Here's an example. Two weeks after I purchased passenger platforms for my Road King I got a call in the evening from Prestige. Aparently, the pricing in the computer had an error which they noticed nearly two weeks after I purchased the parts - The amazing thing is that they remembered that I had been in and took the time to call me and to credit my account. Of course the credit was soon applied to my new Reinhart pipes...."
